I work across the whole delivery cycle: finding the problem, selling the project, building the agent, integrating it and evaluating the result. Secured $5,000 in automation contracts and generated an additional $6,500 in consulting revenue. School workflow work saved an estimated 1,200+ grading hours per term; the $30,000+ annual savings figure is an estimate of potential staff-time value, not cash recovered.

Built the AI lesson pipeline, trained models and coordinated team delivery. The pipeline combined generated explanations, mathematical animation and narration. Salen reached 100+ daily active users and received UZS 56 million in project funding after placing fifth at Ixtirochilikka Qadam in July 2025.

Co-founder
Co-founded the hospital digitalization project and worked on moving everyday operations into software. This early work grew into my broader hospital and school implementation experience. An earlier voice-assistant demo was a prototype, not a live appointment-booking integration.
Reinforcement learning research
Applied reinforcement learning to a simulated drone environment. The work explores how an agent can learn to navigate and perform delivery tasks. This is simulation research, not a claim of deployed autonomous flights.
Summer Hogwarts Research School scholar
Researched plant-generated bioelectricity during Summer Hogwarts Research School and co-authored a research article. This experience introduced me to investigating a question systematically, alongside building things.

Algorithms project
My younger brother and I developed an “Instincts + backtracking” algorithm and compared it with other approaches to Snake. We spent hours sketching ideas on a whiteboard and experimenting with the game. The point was to have fun figuring it out together.

Built and programmed robots and worked on mechanical prototypes with teammates. The preparation included electronics, workshop machinery and a catapult. Placed fourth at the national RoboCoding competition.

Represented my school at the AI Forum on 28 November 2025. I was selected from the student delegation to join the on-stage launch of Five Million Uzbek AI Prompters, alongside other students. The day also brought conversations with people working in education and technology.
